Professional

• Your buffet is delivered with a linen tablecloth, disposable chafing dishes, canned heat, and food displayed on disposable platters.
• Food delivered approximately 30 – 45 minutes before eating time to allow time for setup.
• Catering is all disposable, the fee includes the cost of serving trays, and the setup of your buffet. Disposable racks, water pans, lids, and sternos are included.
• Catering Fee equals 12%, minimum $48
• 15 person minimum
